• Where is the store based?

  Coomera, Australia

• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  Absolutely!
  I am based in Australia, so shipping rates and possible destinations depend on the whims of Australia Post.

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks.

  This can be longer if an item is a pre-order or for some other circumstances, I am just one person and I want your keychains to get to you just as quickly as you want them!

• How do Pre-Orders work? What is a "partially stocked pre-order"?

  I am currently figuring out how to balance stock I take to in-real-life conventions/markets and stock I sell online. I'm aiming to keep my store open permanently rather than do short open windows, so there will be some growing pains for a little while.
  A partially stocked pre-order means that I will have a good amount of the charm (etc.) in my storage, but there will sometimes be an extra wait while more is manufactured. I'll keep rough estimates of current numbers on tumblr, or you can reach out to me directly before you order if you need something on a time limit.

  In general, a pre-order is where you pay in advance for the product/s, it gets manufactured, shipped to me, and then shipped out to you. Sometimes this process can take quite a long time. If you're concerned that your pre-order is taking a long time, please reach out to me with your name and order number!

• Will you make a keychain of my favourite ship/character?

  Maybe! I'm always taking suggestions for what you might want to see (via tumblr ask messages or email), but I can't guarantee I'll end up making something. Please don't be disappointed if I'm not interested in something you like, there are lots of other artists in your fandom who would appreciate your interest in their work.

• Why is shipping to the US so expensive?

  Unfortunately that's what Australia Post charges, and I can't control it. I'm working on ways to get around this and reduce the cost in the future, though!

• Do you take commissions?

  Currently, no. But check back soon!

• What conventions will you be at?

  I almost always attend Brisbane and Gold Coast Supanova, as well as Brisbane Kaiga Convention.
  I hope to do interstate and international cons in the future! International is most likely to be East coast USA (Virginia, North Carolina, etc.).

• What is Storenvy?

• How do I pay for my order? Is it secure?

Because of this, Storenvy has all the same securities and payment fraud protection as these leading payment processors. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express and Diners Club. If paying with PayPal, you may also make payments using your bank account, but this may delay your order.
